The Northampton Community Resilience Hub is a new community center in the works in downtown Northampton. The Hub aims to reduce the impacts of poverty and homelessness by making it easier to access services and resources under one roof.

The Hub is here for you, whether you are a resident or visitor to Northampton’s downtown. You can drop in for a hot meal, browse the information kiosk, recharge your batteries or your phone’s battery, sign up for a class, attend a lecture, borrow a locker, or connect with staff from one of Northampton’s many community, public health, and climate assistance organizations.

The Hub will also serve as a crisis response space for the city during disasters such as floods or heat waves or public health emergencies.

The Hub is currently under construction at 298 Main Street. The idea came about through many hours of discussion and planning with local social service agencies, business owners, residents, and community stakeholders. The project is being by the City of Northampton with the generous assistance of many individuals and organizations.
